We had some sort of network error in the office this morning that didn’t allow network or internet access to half of our computers. It worked itself out and we regained access, however there are now several folders with dozens of files missing from our mycloud NAS. The only files that are still in those folders are files that were open on the computers that did not have the internet access problem. If the files were not open, they and the folders they were in are now missing. Any ideas??
Try restoring the DL2100 per WD’s instructions. If all is well afterward, fine, but if not then do a rebuild of the database.

It is the DLNA Media Server found in Dashboard under Settings/Media/DLNA Media Server / DLNA Database (select Rescan or Rebuild)
