I have installed Mycloud successfully and dragged document folders across - which all show on the screen but I am unable to open anything - can see the file across top of page but not possible to open it.

Hi Alex Thanks for your reply. I don’t get an error message. All folders appear but when I go into them to select anything there is just a message in the centre of the large blank part ‘drag and drop files here’ which is no help at all.
