I have creat a user for a friend. After that I have deleted the user and it’s folder. The problem is that the folder is itill there in Windows Explorer. I can NOT aceses folder, but the folders list shows it. So I tried to create a folder and delete and, for my surprise, my device is NOT deleteing any folders. That dashboard control panel says the folder was deleted, but Windows Explorer says folder is there.

Are you seeing that folder on a list of recently view files?
It happens to me once and it was windows showing me the latest folders and files that I accessed even when the drive was not connected.
Can you please confirm that the folder is showing under network.
