I have followed all instructions http://blog.bittorrent.com/2015/09/04/sync-wd-raspberry-pi-2/ for software install and formatting http://community.wd.com/wstd/attachments/wstd/wdlabs/26/1/Partition%20Format%20Mount%20Instructions_v02.pdf

Yet on the gui at 8888 btsync still states that the config file does not allow permission to access /mnt/data which is where my drive is mounted and confirmed via df -h command.  Any assistance is much appreciated

From the command prompt, ls -l will show you who owns each file/folder within the given folder that you are in when you enter the command, and if you want to change owner you need chown, or access permissions via chmod.

I am having the same issues. I can’t for the life of me figure out what to do. I have uploaded four screen shots in hopes someone can give me some advice.
