Folder not displayed in WD tv live

I have added a folder named “Photos” on a “My passport 2To” with tons of JPEG sorted in subfolders but I don’t see anything on my WD TV live, neither in the menu “Photos” nor the menu “Files”. 

I can remember that I have indicated the folders to scan but I don’t know how to do it now

nb : I have no problem with my other folders called “Films”, “Musique” or “Séries”

What can I do ?

This HD is attached directly to the WDTV?  Or are you trying to access it over the network?

it is attached directly with USB

Confirm that you’ve set the CONTENT SOURCE correctly via the Red Button.

Yes of course. Although, I have only one source.

I solved this problem by resetting the multimedia library in the menu “settings”. is this normal ?
