It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that we can’t sign into our accounts on these two apps. What’s the problem here? I can on my Roku and other devices.

Using the latest firmware, I am in the U.S. It’s got nothing to do with a reset. This is the way the apps operate on this device, which is very poor
