Flashing light

I can’t seem to get my wd 5000 to get the “right” power.  It flashes a white light but no blue light.  I can’t find a manual online and I don’t know what to do.  Can anyone help?

Have you tried contacting WD’s Technical Support? I would consider giving them a call about this.
