Help.
No sign of my drive and green light flashes. I’ve tried turning it off, reset, reset and turn off, change lead, turning off automatic update from itunes (i think). When turned back on, it starts with a steady blue, then yellow then finishes on flashing green. I can’t find and sign of drive or dashboard on my computer but can access from my ipad.
important note- I am possibly the most computer illiterate person going! Pls help me if you can
