Flashing green light on MyBookLive - MacBook Pro can't find device

I have an MyBookLive which I’ve been using for three years. In the last few days the status light has started flashing green and now TimeMachine can’t find it on the network. The network is fine. I’ve rebooted and I’ve used the reset. I’ve also reset and disconnected for ten seconds. No joy. I can see data on it but only as a Guest as it no longer recognizes my password. Can anyone help please?


I recommend you reset the drive.
