My essential 1.5 TB randomly started flashing its lights and saying the password that i set up, and have been using for a month successfully, is incorrect. I also set up a “Hint” to remind me of my password and now that has been removed also. Any guesses on what the H* is wrong with it?
Did you recently upgrade the firmware? I saw a post and a couple replies recently where this happened were they were able to login in another account on the PC.You can just enable the guest account to try it. I have no idea if it works. There isn’t any known way to fix it if you are locked out.
