Firmware

well looks like my cloud has updated its firmware, now compleatly lock out no dashboard, have pulled the plug out…still no good…WD can IK have my money back please, as this my cloud is rubbish, i had it since last year, and its my secound unit as the first broke within day, the second one  has never really work…not had remote acess for months.

Total rubbish…tranding standards is my next call
