My drive is unstable, and i thought it was time for a firmware upgrade. After clicking “Check for update” it found a newer firmware, and i clicked install and reboot. But my device is stuck at 100% download.
What to do? Any ideas? :neutral_face:
Have you tried power cycling the unit?
I don’t think so, how do I do that?
I get an “input/output error” quite alot, and im unable to install linux updates as well.
Maybe the HDD is dying?
What model drive you have?
To power cycle just unplug the power and data cable and reconnect back.
