Hi, I need help - just upgarding firmware in my 4TB LiveBookDuo using Windows 7 + dashboard (IE9) and stuck at “Dowloading… 100%” (over 1 hour). The LED is constantly blue / purple. I can access files on the drive all the time. When I closed the dashboard and log on again same message “Dowloading… 100%”. Should I switch off the drive ? Thanks.
Hi, try doing a powercycle to the my book, if that doesn’t work, press the reset button on the back of the my book for 4 seconds.
