I never been update to install My Book Home Firmware Update - PC http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=111&sid=99&lang=en . I connected My Book Home to the USB port and as soon as the update process began, the device auto-disconnects itself. A suggestion? Thank. My working environnment is Windows XP Professionnal. And I have a 1T external hardwrive.
