I was installing Windows release 1.2.1.26 (3/11/10) for my drive last night, and it stopped in the middle of the installation process. Two hours passed, and nothing finished installing. Now my computer will not recognize the drive, nor will it the Smartware program recognize the drive.
What can I do to reinstall the correct software onto the drive? Is there a master re-set?
