Trying to install the latest Firmware Release 5.32.102 (12/16/2025) on my EX4100 however it stalls at 27% on the download stage, as shown:

Provide more details on how you are installing the update. Did you download it to your computer and then perform a Manual install. I suggest you download the file to your desktop, so it is easy to find and install.

Yes, I am using the Dashboard ‘Check for Updates’ function… I read some other forum threads where the Manual Update was suggested - and did attempt to do that - however, I could not find anywhere to download the 5.32.102 firmware update. Would you be able to provide a link…?
I already provided the link. Use that link and choose your device for the download it needs. See example images below.
Use the link I provided and click on the type of download you need, Windows or MacOS. Click on, tap, or activate images to enlarge them.
Select your device and the download you want. You should use OS5.
I did follow that link, however when you get to the download page, there is no link to actually download the latest firmware…
