Hello. The firmware updater doesn’t find my disc (passport essential). Do I have to remove bitlocker encryption first?
This firmware update is applicable only for the passport essentials, manufactured after June 15, 2010. You can see if it’s applicable by going to the link below and reading the instructions at the bottom of the page.
