Firmware update 2.21.12621 breaks internet access

After updating my MyCloud to 2.21.12621 it stops internet access on my network

I updated then found I couldn’t access the internet on any of my devices

I unplugged it from the router and the internet came back

Plugging it back in an the internet was fine for about 15minutes then went down again

Unplugged it again and all was OK

Is it possible to put my firmware back to the previous version?


I recommend you contact WD Support about this. Support will log this as a potential issue, if they can’t help you.


I’ve logged it

My cloud will constantly freeze needing to be unplugged. Happened right after the firmware update
