Firmware rollback

This may help those of you who want to go back to an earlier version of firmware for WD Live. Click on Knowledge Base,Then type in the search (Firmware Rollback) this will give you instructions and the downloads for the previous versions of firmware. The answer ID is 5800. I had to really dig deep to find this. The latest firmware update really screwed up my file so the videos won’t play. I did this and it worked fine.

Who cares how many times it was posted. I could not find it and apparently others can’t find it either. I was only trying to make it easier. Sorry I bored you.
