Firmware Revision 1.019 causing problems
I have been using the “My Book” 2Tb to back up my Win7 computer for about 4 months. I was quite satisfied with the WD backup software.
Then I updated to the latest version and I have been having trouble ever since. The programme just stalls at times and only a reformat and a reboot will get it working again.
I have tried reloading a few times but no change.
Has anyone else encountered these problems?
Does anyone still have older versions?
