Firmware release 2.31.204 power-loss-detected-port-1

Problem with my Cloud WD EX4100 Firmware release 2.31.204 (12-16-2019) which was automatically updated on my WD EX4100 12-18-2019
I first experienced drive failure error: power-loss-detected-port-1 on 12-25-2019 After several failures of the drive I was able to diagnose the problem.
Ever since the new firmware release, every time I attempt to back up to my WD EX4100, the drive fails the new firmware release causes has caused Acronis 2017 to fail and WD EX4100 drive failure.
I have two other WD cloud drives and several other non-cloud drives which also still work fine. For now, I turned off the scheduled backups to the EX4100 and do no manual backups to the drive. I no longer have failures.
The drive Shows a Warranty date of October 19, 2020
The EX4100 my primary backup system and I need help How do I get Western Digital to help I have not been able to contact Support.
My account is no longer active I need to get it reactivated. Both because of this problem and because I need some new equipment
