Firmware issues

Bare with me here i have been having big issues with every Firmware update post 1.12.14

My wdtv smp when updated past this firmware revision will intermitently loose its signal to the TV and AMP (screen will go blank and amp will loose the signal and then get it back this will happen regularly)

While on the 1.12.14 revision i do not have this problem and the SMP works flawlessly on any firmware after that point it does not.

Anyone able to help me with this issue?

It’s recommended (as a first course of action) do a Factory Reset after Upgrading Firmware … Have you tried that ?

Setup > System > Device Reset > Reset All Settings Back to Factory Default

   Yep have done this as well as changing the HDMI cable just in case it was faulty neither helped :frowning:

:cry:  Changing the HDMI output to AUTO ?

Sorry, i really don’t know … maybe try Rolling back the Firmware as a last resort ?

Yeah have tried different settings nothing seems to fix it other than rolling back to 1.12.14 :frowning:
