Trying to install Firmware updater and it tells me to unplug all USB devices and then click “rescan”. It keeps repeating this message and the only drive I have plugged in is the WD drive.
How can I unplug ALL the USB devices and hit “rescan” if my mouse and keyboard are USB devices?

Hi there, I have no issues updating the firmware with a USB mouse on my NetBook, what if you check if you have the latest firmware first under settings> drive settings> look the lower left corner?
