Quick question - has the persisting TimeMachine issue (disk space has to be allocated 100% or else it won´t work) been finally fixed?

do they ever publish release/update notes?

I tried it today may 22.
This is the message in Dutch from my Mac:
De bewerking kan niet worden voltooid. (OSStatus fout 22.)
Still the same, not possible to make a backup via Time machine on my Mac when you use a part of the drive for Time Machine Backups.
Go to “Shared” and create a new folder and select it in the timemachine Nas settings
