tried to install firmware 2.21.126 both automatic and manually, however both fail for some unknown reason, has anyone else encountered this?
I have tried system only restore but that did not resolve.
WD Dl4100 - 2x 4TB RED.

already done so, and they have recommended a full restore, not sure that will work as a system restore did not resolve the issue…
