Fine with MBP, but can't find drive via XP

I have previously set the drive up with my Mac, and that went smoothly.

I then tried to install the software on an XP, and got the “The server “MyBookWorld” may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again.”

I might add that it did show up in my shared services via Itunes, and read all the music files fine.  But, I cannot see the drive (nor map to it) via the WD Discovery Tool.

Since I was able to set this up perfectly with the Mac, I assumed that the router settings were not an issue.  Is this a faulty assumption?  Is there something else I need to look at?

If it matters, I am using FIOS.

I don’t use the discovery tool but you need to set a workgroup name in the MBP and the same workgroup name on your Windows system.  After rebooting the systems you should see the MyBook under your Network tree in Explorer.
