I was notified of a found virus on my drive but I can’t find instructions on where to find that file and how to handle it with the Anti-Virus Essentials application. Where can I find instructions?
Hello, I have never used the Anti-virus on the MCM, hopefully a more advanced user will be able to assist.
I figured it out. In the Anti-Virus App, go to the Configure settings and find the quarantine folder where the infections can be found and cleared. As I recall, the quarantine folder is set up when the AV is first implemented, If not, be sure to do so.
