My live player has suddenly stop playing films, the small orange arrow just keeps turning, I have rebooted and reset to default, it wil play one time then on next film back to the arrow, I have the latest software downloaded and the model is wdbgxt0000nbk-01, I have used several hardrives and pen drives so it is not the imput, also I can use the back button and scroll, I have emailed WD but no answer back, can anyone give me further help to solve the problem, my films work OK on my friends player.
