Files written to external drive not accessible


I copied the contents of my MCH to an external hard drive over the USB port, using the USB copy functionality provided in the User interface.

When I now connect my external drive to my PC directly, I can see all the files, but I can’t open them, apparently due to insufficient authorization.

On the MCH I can access the files without any problem.

Any Idea what might be the issue here?

btw: PLS provide means to schedule backups to other network locations!


I’ve tried right now the same operation and all work fine. You should make sure that the copy process ends before unplug the external drive from my cloud home.
