Files will not aggregate

A client is using a WD TV live with a usb stick with a H.264 movie on it.

It has played fine for 3 weeks on a loop but on start upnow says it can not aggregate files.

Sound drops etc

USB plays fine on a computer.

i can not got to the unit to fix so need to fix it remotely, any ideas ?

It  may have something to do with the media library. There may be a hidden folder on the USB stick named .wd_tv

Delete that folder and see if that helps. The WDTV will recreate the folder and contents on bootup. It may be that contents are corrupted.
