Files visible on one PC but not another

Thanks in advance for any insights.

Setup: a small home network with the MyCloud Home and 2 PCs connected to the router either wired or wirelessly. Amongst other folders on my MyCloud Home, the one in question, “Alf”, has a bunch of subfolders and files.

Using my browser, I can log in to home.mycloud.com, browse down 2 levels into my Alf folder and see its contents in all its glory. Great.

On PC “A”, I can mount the main folder, navigate down 2 levels to Alf, and see the same thing as above. On PC “B”, however, if I do the same, is see only one folder in Alf. That’s it. No other content.

As far as I can tell, the content is all there, just not visible using PC B for some reason. Any thoughts?

Other notes: PC A does still have the Discovery software on it, and I don’t know if that is influencing what is displayed when I connect via the standard network share.
