Hi, I have copied files to WD from my first PC and now I cannot find them in WD disk on the second PC, where I have installed initially WD software? Simply I cannot see external disk on PC, just WD software.
You might have not install the WD SES driver on your second PC.
The WD SES driver is needed for your second PC to work with the WD drive and its software.
The WD SES driver is included on the WD Virtual CD when you plugged in the drive.
It is under Extras folder/WD SES Device Driver.
