Files on USB HD lost after firmware upgrade

Hi! I’m new here…

Today I’ve upgraded to the last firmware for my WD TV HD LIVE (1.6.43)…Now many video files on the hard disk which I use are present but they are “0 Bytes” :0 :0 …**bleep** ??? what is happened??? Nobody with the same problem???

Hello, have you tried pressing the reset button?

Was you media library turned on? Mine is off and so far there’s no file loss.
