allmost all my filesnames (exept the movies i allready played) are now in written chinese signs. I just bought my wd elements mediaplayer last week. Can anybody help me???

It’s also inmossible to delete those files, the files are not accessible. And when i do a Data Lifeguard Diagnostic i get afther a few minutes the following message: ‘11-Cable Test::Read diagnostics sector error!’…
