Files Not Backed Up?

Using win 7 HP.  WD V 2.4.6, Drive Service 2.2.0.19, Quick View 3.2.4.12.

I did a full backup and then selected continuous backup.

Selecting the Backup Tab I notice that I have 39.93GB of files Not Backed Up.
When I click on “View Files” the spinning circle runs for hours and No files ever
appear.  I sure would like to know which files are Not Backed Up.

hello there, try to uninstall the software and then re install it, when you install the software try to run the installer as administrator. Hope this helps you out
