Files Not Backed up

Hi everyone,

I have set up the Back up software on my WDCLOUD and selected my User on the PC. It has been backing up successfully but then got stuck, and I noticed on a file within my google drive, which presumably causes contention. I have now removed the google drive for my selection, but the queue of files to be backed up still includes those files and back up cannot get to the other files to complete the back up. How can I remove the offending files from the queue please
