I have an easystore 14T and 8T and all of sudden the files just disappear after idle for a while. I am using an imac with OS 10.14.6. This is just starting to happen. I have used them for years with no problems. I have changed nothing on the mac. When I reboot everything is fine until I stop working for a while.

We would request you to connect the drive and test it with WD utilities if on a Windows computer or First Aid if you diagnose it on a macOS.
