Files from two locations into one back up folder

I want to back up files from an external hard drive and from the C: drive of my PC into one folder on MyCloud using WD Smartware. Is this possible if so how?

Hello,

WD Smartware will create a folder called WDSmartware.swstor. In this folder each computer will have a folder for the backup.
