Good Morning,

I currently use a PR4100 and have accessed it through the network mapping from windows rather than the web ui. I cannot get items to show in the UI but I can find the items in the network mapped locations. Does it take time to populate the data on the web-based cloud or am I missing something?

The web-based cloud (i.e. via WD Servers) requires indexing on the device to be complete. That can take . . . .a long period (weeks) of time.
