Files disappear from WD TV Live Hub 1 TB Media Center

Hello,

I have a WD TV Live Hub 1 TB Media Center with the latest firmware. I noticed my rmvb files and sometimes intire folders disappear from its storage… i tried to copy the files using network connection and and usb external hd, but either way the files keep disappearing… is this normal? how can I get my files back? (i moved some of them and didnt have another copy before i noticed they were disappearing)

The WDTV Live Hub does not support RMVB files, therefore even thought the folder is store on the drive you wont be able to see the files via the user interface.
