Hi guys, recently purchased the passport drive o go with the wdhd media player but just can’t get to grips with it. As it only gives the options to transfer movie, pictures, documents etc, is it not possible to transfer 1 file only? e.g a .avi movie file rather than transfer yet again all the video on my pc.
Are you trying to do it from within SmartWare? Because that won’t work.
Just drag and drop using Windows Explorer, as if it was any other hard drive.
