File transfer to MY Cloud

When I try to transfer data to my cloud either by Ethernet or wifi on the same network or different networks the transfer from my USB drive attached to my computer transfers the file about 175mb. It starts the transfers and almost finishes it but stalls at the last Sec . Can someone please advise otherwise this drive is useless if I cannot transfer files to it

MY laptop is a Del lE630 with 4gb of ram win 7 enterprise for the OS

Hello aikido4u, do you get any error messages at the end? As a troubleshooting step you can try connecting the My Cloud directly to the PC Ethernet port and try to transfer the file again.
