File transfer extremely slow when using computers

Hi,

I bought the device long ago, and I have been struggling with this issue ever since.

The device is extremely slow when I transfer a file from my computer to my drive, or when I try to navigate throughout the folders using windows explorer.

The thing is that when I use my phone app, it works perfect, but not when I use any of my computers (all win10).
I tried to find solutions but it never worked properly.

Did anybody experienced the same situation?, or know how I can solve it?

Hi,

same happens to my device since the last update. It seems that the computer searches the network for devices each time I want to browse the NAS.

Furthermore I am not able to restart or to shut down the device without cutting off power.

Does anybody know how to solve this Problem?
