Yet again, the My Cloud Home finds a way to utterly frustrate me, just as I was starting to get used to it. I’m now getting an error message when I try transferring a file that’s 5.65GB, I’m getting an error message that the file is too large for the volume’s format and can’t be transferred. WHY IS THIS A THING?!?!
You specifically have this device promoted as a means for people to store and share media which they are then able to stream using the Plex server, yet there are limitations on file size?
Any help in resolving this stupid issue would be greatly appreciated.
I am not using the web app, I am using WD Discovery. Product is the My Cloud Home Duo 12TB
