Installed MyCloud about a month ago. Setup was smooth, sync icons showed in Explorer as expected.
In the last week or so these icons have disappeared. I have manually checked the remote drive folders, and it does appear that the files are still copying across and updating.
Around the same time I started noticing multiple local file copies in Explorer with additional detail in file name something like “sync failed” or something like that.
I’m worried that for some unknown reason some files aren’t copying across.
Having the tick icons in Explorer certainly puts the mind at ease.
