File retrieval Problem

Hello,

I’m trying to retrieve a specific folder from the “Other” portion of a drive on my My Book Essentials. However, when I find that folder, and try to deselect other folders, I can’t deselect all the folders that I don’t want to retrieve. How do I deselect every folder but the one I want?

It’s just as it sounds, check only the folder you want. If that doesn’t work then go to the drive and navigate the smartware.swstor folder, it has a PC layout and has the files so you can just drag them out.
