File opening issue from my WD passport

My WD passport external drive is recognized and I can see all the file from windows explorer but I got an error message for opening
The drive has been protected by bitlocker under windows 8 with a knowned password. I move now to windows 10 and do not find the way to disblock the drive with the password considering that EMS or other drivers installation from the external drive are failing.

  1. On the desktop, open This PC ( My Computer) and select the desired external hard drive . Right-click it and select Properties → Tools → Click on Check.
  2. Use chkdsk. www.myprepaidcenter.com
  3. Use Disk Management.
  4. Use diskpart.
