File missing from app ‘downloads’

Hello - I have tried having a look to find an answer but no luck.

I had a digital pdf file in the ‘downloads’ section of my MyCloud iPhone App which I referred back to several times after downloading about a month ago. I went into find it today and it’s gone. I have tried searching on the App and via my Mac but no luck. Any ideas?
