I unlock my external drive, and it shows all my files. But 1 file has a little lock icon by it. I cannot open any pics in that file, it says I do not have permission. I am the administrator, but somehow cannot unlock it. Any ideas? I guess its Windows security doing this.
Maybe that folder was upload on a different computer or a different use and is password protected.
Is the files saying if it is protected by an specific software?
Smartware is only hardware encryption so it wont lock an specific file.
