I can see both of “Mycloud” drives but cannot access them from explorer after that last Windows update. I can when in XL view the files that are on the drives. And yes, I’ve tried to rebot and the firmware is up to date.
Instead of looking in This PC look in Network.
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.
